Traxly provides customer acquisition and go-to-market services including market research, channel validation, GTM strategy, and execution. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each engagement are defined in a separate service agreement signed by both parties.

Upon full payment for services, clients receive ownership of the deliverables created specifically for them, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.
Payment terms are defined in the individual service agreement. Traxly reserves the right to pause or terminate services in the event of non-payment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.
Traxly provides services on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, revenue targets, or pipeline results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Traxly's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by the client in the preceding 30 days.
This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
